Have you ever come home a bit earlier than you planned and found your house in disarray?  And then wanted to do this to the culprit to teach her a lesson?

   

A Healthy fear of Confession!

There's something healthy about the fear of confession when your adult daughter calls with the desire to tell you about something she did and she's pretty sure she's going to be in trouble for it.

In trouble for it, even though she's 21, means that she's pretty sure that telling me means she's risking the chance of getting her bare bottom spanked.

Even though a spanking is a clear possibility she feels compelled to clear her conscience and let the chips fall where they may.

In my opinion the world would be a much better place there were more with that healthy fear of confession.
